Are you interested in trying a 1/4 pig? For $250, you'll receive a variety of cuts, all packaged and ready for your freezer. These are farm-fresh pigs, born and raised on our farm, and processed by a USDA inspected butcher. They are all-natural, with no additives, and just freshly picked up from the butcher. Included in your order will be: bacon, Canadian bacon, cottage bacon, pork steaks, pork chops (both boneless and bone-in), country ribs, sausage (both bulk and link), ham steaks, and a ham. You can expect about 35 pounds of meat in total.

About Shantal and Sons LLC


We run a family-owned farm located in Oneida, NY. Our operations include raising beef cows, pigs, and chickens. We offer a range of options for customers, including individual packs of meat, variety boxes, as well as quarter, half, and whole portions according to preference. Additionally, we occasionally have piglets available for your own raising. Fresh eggs are also part of our offerings, subject to availability. We have a freezer located at The Eclectic Chic in Oneida, NY for you to grab as you need or for you to look before purchasing.
